At Something Went Wrong, we believe your fashion choices should be mistake-free, which is why we offer a 30-day window for all returns and exchanges. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and protective seals remain intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
